We have a 30-day return or exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after purchasing your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it (unused). You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return or Exchange Process 

Please contact us at nate@boardroomboston.co to begin a return or exchange. All returns must have prior approval before being processed. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be eligible for a refund.
